Dear AMA Members,

When I was asked if I would be interested in the position of President during the 2009-2010 year, I was incredibly excited. I figured it would be a good opportunity for me to learn more about the local marketing community.

And what a great community it is! Not only are we enthusiastic and creative, but I’m impressed with how everyone in the Omaha marketing community that I have met is always looking for new ideas. Our chapter has new marketers just starting out there careers as well as marketers who have been in the industry for more than 30 years. This year, we want to showcase this exciting community by bringing our members programming that highlights new ideas in marketing and expands on the tried and true skills we use everyday.

Founded in 1959, the Greater Omaha Chapter has created a legacy of marketing in Omaha, a legacy that we want to continue into the next 50 years.
