During January’s AMA luncheon, Greg Chambers of Chambers Pivot Industries shared his insight on how to harness the selling power of your employees. According to Chambers, the most successful businesses find a key balance between focus, individual strengths, and tools and technology. That optimized balance will lead to energized, self-interested and successful employees. If those areas are out of balance, employees can feel overworked or underappreciated and are less successful. In addition, Chambers shared techniques for dealing with outside vendors and how best to decide when it is right for your company to employ a new tool or technology.
