An internal cross-departmental innovation group developed the TEAM Code in 2017 as a brand identity document for TEAM Software. The TEAM Code’s purpose is to better define the company brand from a mission, vision, values and behaviors perspective. The content’s dynamic messaging was crafted to be a guide post for employee owners, a key component of TEAM’s employer brand and a compelling customer service manifesto.
